Day 07 - Your favourite book/song/movie that inspires you

Book/Magazines: Anything health related I have a digital subscription to both men and women health magazine and LOVE IT! As for books I only read Chelsea Handler books :)

Song: Anything on my ipod really! But I've been completely motivated by Booty bounce! Ha ha it's such a great song to just jump up on it!

Movie: I don't have any movies that really inspire me...

Day 06 - Your thinspiration figures

I don't really have any "thinspiration" but I do admire all types of women bodies...Because I know everyone has their own size that suits them best, and as for myself being not too small or too big pretty much in the middle or not to the point you can see any bones...I still want to be curvy :) Ultimately I just want to be toned and healthy!

Day 05 - Your workout routine

Currently I have been doing intervals for my whole body, then sometimes I will throw in my stair stepper for 15mins (Lately haven't been :( ) After I am finished with that I will go and go my sets and reps for my upper body I like to confuse my muscles and do different sizes of weights.

Then I currently got back in doing Pilates and I want to start adding my yoga routine as well! Right now it's kind of out of places given I've been doing housework as my work out ha ha.(which totally counts!) After I get settled into my new places I will be doing more Cardio type work outs such as walking/jogging, and possibly going to the gym with my husband when he comes home...We will also be doing lots of hiking! Once everything starts cooling down for me I can finally be on track with working out...Because honestly I just like to work out for an hour at the most

Day 03 - Why do you want to lose weight? What benefits do you think it will have?

I want to lose weight not just because I'll feel lighter but because I will feel better and I can fit my clothes better or even cuter clothes! ha ha I just want to feel better about myself emotionally and physically :) The benefits of losing weight for me would be living longer, looking good, feeling great!, and just all around being healthy because I am doing it the right way this is by means no fad diet it's a lifestyle change for me :)

I LOVE Green smoothies!!! Just for like a post work out drink/snack

As for a healthy meal I try to have a balanced meal of veggies/fruits/protein most of the time I make it very enjoyable because if you don't like it you will most likely NOT eat it! :)

7. things you wished you could change about yourself (looks, habits etc.) There is nothing physically I would want to change about my self my bad habits would be not eating on time or eating enough!! I swear I have a one track mind sometime and I tend to forget the "Plan" I set up for myself. Would also like to really eat much better choices even if I am in a rush. I need to find a set time to work out.

Right now I am at 194 only because I keep slacking off sometimes...Also got really sick in june/july 2010 so I lost track a little after that, but all in all much weight might not have come off but I sure did lose inches and I can see a hige difference and will not let the numbers discourage me! :)

Also I want to lose at least 25 to 30 pounds before I turn 21 then after that I can actually hit my wieght loss goal but that's more of my short term goal I would at least like to lose 5 to 8 pounds a month :)
