Currently I have been doing intervals for my whole body, then sometimes I will throw in my stair stepper for 15mins (Lately haven't been :( ) After I am finished with that I will go and go my sets and reps for my upper body I like to confuse my muscles and do different sizes of weights.
Then I currently got back in doing Pilates and I want to start adding my yoga routine as well! Right now it's kind of out of places given I've been doing housework as my work out ha ha.(which totally counts!) After I get settled into my new places I will be doing more Cardio type work outs such as walking/jogging, and possibly going to the gym with my husband when he comes home...We will also be doing lots of hiking! Once everything starts cooling down for me I can finally be on track with working out...Because honestly I just like to work out for an hour at the most
