I have a digital subscription for Womens Health magazine and I LOVE that Magazine! It ALWAYS have such useful information bout work outs and eating right. I also have an account on bodybuilding.com and hence the name I am NOT trying to be a bodybuilder but it helps me keep track of my goals and goals that I have met Also there a lot of inspiring people...I pretty just Google everything though...& I use my Ipod to download cool apps!
