Day 14 - What are the things that hold you back from achieving your goal the most?

GOOD food plays a HUGE factor as to whether you'd reach your goals or not...If you eat right and exercise a little then you'd be on the right track...now that my husband is back I need to continue what I have been doing when he was gone, I know he wants to eat healthier as well so I hope he will enjoy the foods I want to make. For now I just want to get the hell out of this apartment and move to our new place I seriously cannot wait!!!!
