I don't want to reach my goal quicker...If I did do it any sooner I probably would just gain all the weight back and that's my MAIN goal I do not want to gain any of it back! I want to make sure I can keep it off! People who use fad diets or yo yo dieting doesn't get anywhere and are just setting themselves up for failure and that is something we do not want to do! I will continue to reach my goal with every little move I make in my life. Also I will give my body the rest it deserves!
