Day 15 - Are people generally supportive with your aim to lose weight? Why or why not?

Well my only support team is my husband and brother since those are really the only people I see and I have to include my dog he is supportive as well since he always joins me with my work outs :) My husband would have to be my biggest support...He just motivates me to lose weight since he is smaller then me HA HA & I want to be smaller than him!!! I wish this last challenge was better.

Day 14 - What are the things that hold you back from achieving your goal the most?

GOOD food plays a HUGE factor as to whether you'd reach your goals or not...If you eat right and exercise a little then you'd be on the right track...now that my husband is back I need to continue what I have been doing when he was gone, I know he wants to eat healthier as well so I hope he will enjoy the foods I want to make. For now I just want to get the hell out of this apartment and move to our new place I seriously cannot wait!!!!

Day 13 - What do you think you could improve to help you reach your goal quicker?

I don't want to reach my goal quicker...If I did do it any sooner I probably would just gain all the weight back and that's my MAIN goal I do not want to gain any of it back! I want to make sure I can keep it off! People who use fad diets or yo yo dieting doesn't get anywhere and are just setting themselves up for failure and that is something we do not want to do! I will continue to reach my goal with every little move I make in my life. Also I will give my body the rest it deserves!

Day 12 - What sites do you visit to help you with your weightloss/emotions/self-esteem?

I have a digital subscription for Womens Health magazine and I LOVE that Magazine! It ALWAYS have such useful information bout work outs and eating right. I also have an account on bodybuilding.com and hence the name I am NOT trying to be a bodybuilder but it helps me keep track of my goals and goals that I have met Also there a lot of inspiring people...I pretty just Google everything though...& I use my Ipod to download cool apps!

Still perfume by J. Lo




I finally brought this perfume! My best friend Kaupe'a has and I fell in love when I first asked her to use it and after four years I finally got my own and after spray it once on me I fell in love all over again! Best part is that it only costed me 20.00 at Walgreens what a deal!! The smell is so seductive. I looked online to find a better reference to what it smells like..."Still perfume by j. Lo is as sensual as sable over bare skin, as delicate as pink satin, and as refreshing as a first sip of champagne blending sake, white pepper, mandarin, earl grey, pink freesia, honeysuckle, orange flower, rose, wild jasmine, sandalwood, musks, ambers, and orris." I can't wait for my husband to smell it and I know he'll like it because he honestly doesn't care ha ha

Day 11 - Is there anyone in particular that made you feel you had to lose weight? Who & how did they make you feel this way?

Just myself...I've always "talked" about it but never really did anything about it until now...I just want to look in the mirror (full length) and actually be happy at what I see staring back at me...I have a long way to go to achieve my goals and I know I have both the motivation and determination to do so. I just can't wait to move into my new place because it will be so much easier for me to actually get a good work out in! & I can include my dog as well since he will be allowed to be seen and heard unlike the place I'm at now I'm not suppose to even have a dog! Two more days till my man comes back and I can't wait to start working out with him!

Day 10 - When would you have liked to achieve your goal by?

I have two goals
April 2011 I would like to be at least 175
April 2012 I would have already be down too 150-155 pounds.

I'm giving myself enough time to get use to the changes and also my body as well. So I will have better chances of keeping it off for good :)

Day 09 - What parts of your body do you like the most?

I like my hair and eyes...Also I sometimes like my legs when they are good to me...Of course I have alot I want and need to work on and soon my husband will be home so we can continue to work out together :) We've been waiting to do that since he left, he told me on the phone how he wished he joined me because I was the one who started it lol I mean he is constantly being Active in the Marine corps and now that he was in Afghanistan he was even more active to stay busy while he was there. I just can't wait to finally have my work out buddy finally home!!!

Day 08 - What parts of your body do you hate the most?

I dislike very much my stomach and sometimes my tights/arms could be my worst enemy but most time they are on my side. There is nothing I hate bout my self...Of course if you don't like something then change it about yourself...Especially if it involves your body, just work it off...At least that is the way I look at it as :)

Book/Magazines: Anything health related I have a digital subscription to both men and women health magazine and LOVE IT! As for books I only read Chelsea Handler books :)

Song: Anything on my ipod really! But I've been completely motivated by Booty bounce! Ha ha it's such a great song to just jump up on it!

Movie: I don't have any movies that really inspire me...

Day 06 - Your thinspiration figures

I don't really have any "thinspiration" but I do admire all types of women bodies...Because I know everyone has their own size that suits them best, and as for myself being not too small or too big pretty much in the middle or not to the point you can see any bones...I still want to be curvy :) Ultimately I just want to be toned and healthy!

Day 05 - Your workout routine

Currently I have been doing intervals for my whole body, then sometimes I will throw in my stair stepper for 15mins (Lately haven't been :( ) After I am finished with that I will go and go my sets and reps for my upper body I like to confuse my muscles and do different sizes of weights.

Then I currently got back in doing Pilates and I want to start adding my yoga routine as well! Right now it's kind of out of places given I've been doing housework as my work out ha ha.(which totally counts!) After I get settled into my new places I will be doing more Cardio type work outs such as walking/jogging, and possibly going to the gym with my husband when he comes home...We will also be doing lots of hiking! Once everything starts cooling down for me I can finally be on track with working out...Because honestly I just like to work out for an hour at the most

Day 03 - Why do you want to lose weight? What benefits do you think it will have?

I want to lose weight not just because I'll feel lighter but because I will feel better and I can fit my clothes better or even cuter clothes! ha ha I just want to feel better about myself emotionally and physically :) The benefits of losing weight for me would be living longer, looking good, feeling great!, and just all around being healthy because I am doing it the right way this is by means no fad diet it's a lifestyle change for me :)

As for a healthy meal I try to have a balanced meal of veggies/fruits/protein most of the time I make it very enjoyable because if you don't like it you will most likely NOT eat it! :)

7. things you wished you could change about yourself (looks, habits etc.) There is nothing physically I would want to change about my self my bad habits would be not eating on time or eating enough!! I swear I have a one track mind sometime and I tend to forget the "Plan" I set up for myself. Would also like to really eat much better choices even if I am in a rush. I need to find a set time to work out.

Right now I am at 194 only because I keep slacking off sometimes...Also got really sick in june/july 2010 so I lost track a little after that, but all in all much weight might not have come off but I sure did lose inches and I can see a hige difference and will not let the numbers discourage me! :)

Also I want to lose at least 25 to 30 pounds before I turn 21 then after that I can actually hit my wieght loss goal but that's more of my short term goal I would at least like to lose 5 to 8 pounds a month :)
